Generally, those winmail.dat files are not being sent to “Internet users” (Microsoft’s slang for users outside the Outlook world), though from time to time you still get those winmail.dat files with emails.
With the recent Helpmonks update, our users don’t need to worry about this anymore, as we are now parsing those winmail.dat, into readable attachments.
