Change your subject

It has been a long time coming, but as of immediately you have the option to change the subject of any email conversation in Helpmonks.

While this is not a “major feature” we know that many of you wanted to have this option. Sometimes, the minor changes are the most helpful ones.

Click on the subject to edit it:
